I love making juice and smoothies. It's something light and you can take to go when in a hurry. I'd like to share my top five recipes that I found get the most nutrients and taste amazing! I currently work at Sambazon I will have to share some recipes that use our smoothies packs since they are amazing! (not paid advertising). Each of these smoothies serves a different purpose. You can always take out some ingredients or add some as well. If you'd like more details on each one don't hesitate to ask. And please enjoy!

The Green Glow Smoothie (Ingredients)
1. 1 pear
2. Cilantro and Parsley (as needed) <careful because the taste is strong
3. 1 medium banana
4. 2 dates for sweetness
5. Squeeze of lemon
The Acerola Kick Smoothie (Ingredients)
1. 1 or 2 Sambazon Acerola Smoothie Packs (10x more Vitamin C than Oranges!)
2. 1 medium carrot or handful of baby carrots
3. 4-6 oz of Aloe Vera Juice/Concentrate
4. Mango flavor/another flavor
5. A few mint leaves
The Morning Detox Juice (Ingredients)
1. 1 medium sized beet
2. 5 medium sized carrots
3. 4 stems of celery
4. 1 large apple
5. 1 inch of ginger
6. Spinach to preference
7. Slice of lemon (I don't peel it!)
The Antioxidant Protein Smoothie (Ingredients)
1. 1 cup of blueberries or strawberries
2. 1 cup of spinach
3. 1 table spoon of matcha
4. 2 table spoons of Almond Butter or Cashew Butter
5. 1 medium banana
6. 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
7. Optional: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder
8. Optional: 1/2 a cup of ice
The Flat Tummy Juice (Ingredients)
1. 1/4th pineapple
2. A few mint leaves
3. 1 apple
3. 1/2 cucumber
4. 1 orange
5. 1 inch of ginger
6. Squeeze of lemon
